Our handcrafted products are produced,\nprepared, and shipped from Fez, Morocco, to customers worldwide.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>1. Worldwide Shipping<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWe ship worldwide. Available delivery methods, estimated transit times,\nand shipping charges may vary depending on the product, destination,\npackage dimensions, weight, customs requirements, and carrier availability.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBecause many of our products are handmade, large, fragile, or heavy,\nincluding mosaic tables, ceramic sinks, brass sinks, copper sinks,\nfaucets, and bathroom accessories, different products may require\ndifferent shipping methods.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>2. Production and Processing Time<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nMany TileishArt products are handmade or made to order. Production begins\nafter payment is confirmed and all required order details have been approved.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nProduction time varies depending on the product, quantity, size,\ncustomization, materials, and current workshop schedule. The estimated\nproduction time shown on the product page, quotation, invoice, or order\nconfirmation is an estimate and not a guaranteed completion date.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nCustom orders may require written approval of dimensions, colors,\npatterns, finishes, drawings, or reference images before production begins.\nDelays in customer approval may extend the production timeline.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nDepending on the product and destination, available shipping methods may include:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>\n        <strong>Standard or sea freight:<\/strong> generally estimated at\n        approximately 40 to 60 days after dispatch for large or heavy products.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <strong>Express air shipping:<\/strong> generally estimated at\n        approximately 7 to 15 business days after dispatch, when available.\n    <\/li>\n    <li>\n        <strong>Courier or postal delivery:<\/strong> used for selected smaller\n        products, accessories, samples, or replacement parts.\n    <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nDelivery estimates begin after the order has completed production and has\nbeen handed to the carrier. Production time is separate from shipping time.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAll delivery times are estimates. Customs inspections, weather, port congestion,\ncarrier delays, strikes, holidays, remote-area delivery, and other circumstances\noutside our control may affect delivery.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>4. Tracking Information<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nTracking details will be provided when available.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor air and courier shipments, tracking may begin shortly after the package\nis collected by the carrier.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor sea freight shipments, tracking may not show regular movement while the\nshipment is in ocean transit. Tracking updates may become available only after\nthe shipment reaches the destination country or is transferred to a local\ndelivery carrier.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nThe absence of frequent tracking updates during sea transit does not necessarily\nmean that the shipment has stopped moving.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>6. Delivery Information<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nCustomers must provide a complete and accurate:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Full name.<\/li>\n    <li>Shipping address.<\/li>\n    <li>Billing address, where applicable.<\/li>\n    <li>Email address.<\/li>\n    <li>Telephone number.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nA valid telephone number is required because carriers and customs authorities\nmay need to contact the recipient before delivery.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nTileishArt is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed delivery\ncaused by an incomplete address, incorrect telephone number, missing apartment\ndetails, or inaccurate customer information.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nContact us immediately at\n<a href=\"mailto:support@tileishart.com\">support@tileishart.com<\/a>\nif you notice an error in your delivery information. Address changes may not be\npossible after an order has shipped.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>7. Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Brokerage Fees<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nInternational orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT,\nbrokerage fees, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by the destination\ncountry.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nUnless expressly stated otherwise at checkout or in a written quotation,\nthese charges are the customer\u2019s responsibility and are not included in the\nproduct price or shipping charge.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nTileishArt cannot control or predict customs charges. Where visible damage exists, note it on the carrier\u2019s\ndelivery record and take photographs before opening the package.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nPlease keep all original packaging materials until you have fully inspected\nthe product and confirmed that no claim is required.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>9. Return Conditions<\/h2>\n\n<p>To qualify for a return, the product must:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.<\/li>\n    <li>Include all original parts, accessories, and documentation.<\/li>\n    <li>Have no signs of plumbing connection, assembly, modification, cutting, drilling, sealing, or use.<\/li>\n    <li>Be securely repackaged in suitable protective packaging.<\/li>\n    <li>Be returned using the address and instructions provided by our support team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nWe may request photographs of the item and packaging before approving a return.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>12. Custom and Made-to-Order Products<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nCustom, personalized, and made-to-order products are generally\n<strong>not eligible for return or exchange<\/strong> unless they arrive damaged,\ndefective, or materially different from the approved order specifications.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>This includes:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Custom sizes, colors, patterns, shapes, or finishes.<\/li>\n    <li>Made-to-order ceramic sinks.<\/li>\n    <li>Custom mosaic tables and tabletops.<\/li>\n    <li>Custom brass or copper sinks.<\/li>\n    <li>Custom faucets and bathroom accessories.<\/li>\n    <li>Products manufactured from customer measurements, drawings, photographs, or specifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nNatural variations in glaze, brushwork, tile placement, grout, metal texture,\nhammering, patina, color, and dimensions are normal characteristics of handmade\nproducts and are not considered defects.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>13. Non-Returnable Products<\/h2>\n\n<p>The following products are not eligible for return:<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Custom, personalized, or made-to-order products, except where damaged or incorrect.<\/li>\n    <li>Products that have been installed, assembled, altered, cut, drilled, sealed, plumbed, or used.<\/li>\n    <li>Products damaged after delivery through improper handling, storage, installation, maintenance, or cleaning.<\/li>\n    <li>Products returned without authorization.<\/li>\n    <li>Final-sale or clearance products marked as non-returnable.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2>14. Return Shipping Costs<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nFor an approved return based on change of mind, customer preference, incorrect\nmeasurement, or ordering error, the customer is responsible for all return\nshipping costs.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOriginal shipping charges, express shipping charges, customs duties, taxes,\nbrokerage fees, storage costs, and handling fees are generally non-refundable.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBecause many of our products are heavy, fragile, or oversized, international\nreturn shipping may be expensive. Do not arrange a return before receiving\nwritten instructions from us.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>15. Return Address<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nDo not return products to our Wyoming company address or to an address shown\non a shipping label without written authorization.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nAfter approval, our support team will provide the correct return location and\nshipping instructions. The return location may be in Morocco or another\ndesignated facility.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>16. Refund Processing<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nAfter an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether\nthe refund has been approved.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nApproved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.\nThe time required for the refund to appear depends on your bank, card issuer,\nStripe, or the payment provider used for the transaction.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nA refund may be reduced or refused if the returned product is damaged, incomplete,\ninstalled, used, altered, improperly packaged, or otherwise does not meet the\nconditions of this policy.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>17. Exchanges<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nWe do not process automatic exchanges.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nFor an eligible standard product, the original item must first be returned,\ninspected, and approved. A new order may then be placed for the replacement item.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nCustom and made-to-order products are not exchangeable unless damaged, defective,\nor materially different from the approved specifications.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>18. Order Cancellations<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nTo request a cancellation, contact us immediately at\n<a href=\"mailto:support@tileishart.com\">support@tileishart.com<\/a>.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nCancellation may be possible before production, customization, material purchasing,\nor preparation has started.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOnce production or customization has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible.\nWhere cancellation remains possible after costs have been incurred, those costs may\nbe deducted from the approved refund.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nOrders that have already shipped cannot be cancelled and must follow the applicable\nreturn procedure.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>19. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nIf a shipment is refused, unclaimed, abandoned, or returned because of an incorrect\naddress, missed delivery, unpaid customs charges, or failure to cooperate with the\ncarrier or customs authority, the customer may be responsible for:\n<\/p>\n\n<ul>\n    <li>Original shipping charges.<\/li>\n    <li>Return shipping charges.<\/li>\n    <li>Storage and handling fees.<\/li>\n    <li>Customs and brokerage charges.<\/li>\n    <li>Re-delivery charges.<\/li>\n    <li>Any disposal or abandonment fees charged by the carrier or authorities.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\nAny refund will be considered only after the product is safely returned and inspected.\nApplicable charges may be deducted from the refund.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>20. Installation and Measurements<\/h2>\n\n<p>\nCustomers are responsible for verifying all product dimensions, plumbing requirements,\ncountertop openings, wall connections, installation clearances, and compatibility\nbefore ordering or installing a product.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nBecause our products are handmade, small dimensional variations may occur.\nWe recommend waiting until the physical product has been received and professionally\nmeasured before making final countertop cuts, cabinetry modifications, plumbing\nconnections, or permanent installation work.\n<\/p>\n\n<p>\nInstallation, removal, labor, plumbing, countertop modification, and related costs\nare not refundable unless required by applicable law.\n<\/p>\n\n<h2>21.
