Absolutely! We offer made-to-order ceramic sinks and mosaic tables. You can request custom dimensions, colors, or patterns. Just email us at support@tileishart.com with your preferences.
🔹 3. How long does it take to receive my order?
Production times:
Ceramic Sinks: 1–3 weeks
Mosaic Tables: 1–4 weeks
Once your order is ready, we ship via FedEx Express and you’ll receive it within 4–7 business days.
🔹 4. Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free international shipping on all orders. No hidden fees.
🔹 5. Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once your item is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real-time.
🔹 6. What if my item arrives damaged?
We package our products carefully, but if your item arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll either replace it or issue a refund depending on the case.

We accept returns only if the item is damaged or defective. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
