Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are handmade and made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing preferences, color choices, or customization decisions.

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged during shipping
  • The item is defective
  • You received the wrong product

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and safely packaged.

You must also provide clear photos showing:

  • The damaged or defective product
  • The outer packaging
  • The inner protective packaging
  • Any visible shipping damage

 Refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions if a return is required.

After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

For approved damaged, defective, or incorrect orders, return shipping costs will be covered by us.

 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Custom-made ceramic sinks
  • Made-to-order mosaic tables
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Products made in a specific size, color, or design requested by the customer

 Exchanges

Exchanges are not accepted.
