At Tileishart, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Since most of our products are handmade and made-to-order, we kindly ask you to read our return and refund terms carefully.
🔄 Returns:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
The item must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for the return.
💸 Refunds:
If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the packaging.
Once we approve your request, we will provide return instructions.
After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by us in case of damage or error.
❌ Non-Returnable Items:
Customized or made-to-order products (e.g. sinks and mosaic tables) unless they arrived damaged or defective.
