🔄 Returns:

• You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.

• Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or significantly different from its description.

• Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns for change of mind.

• The item must be unused, in original condition, and safely packaged for the return.

💸 Refunds:

• If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and the packaging.

• Once we approve your request, we will provide return instructions.

• After we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.

• Shipping costs for approved returns will be covered by us in case of damage or error.

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or made-to-order products (e.g. sinks and mosaic tables) unless they arrived damaged or defective.
